The game (Trusty Bell) was already out for a FULL YEAR on the 360. The sales weren't going to be stellar for it BECAUSE it was already out all that time.

By your knowledge, Unreal Tournament 3 (you know, that game the 360 got six months after the ps3 version) for the 360 tanked too then right

Oh and yeah, you're marked as Spam

Dragon Ball Z Legends was a great game. I wonder why bandai never expanded on that style of play. It was VERY much like the anime

THAT trophy alone is going to force the community to grow REAL fast

I'm buying it either way.

Not every game needs online modes. In a fps game yeah online mode is a big thing. But for fighting games, it's not as important (my opinion).

Besides, some of the best games out don't have online modes. Bioshock and Uncharted are good examples of such

Are people insane?

The WII? come on man, I thought we wanted NEXT GEN gaming

Good call. It was above the normal heat.

But still man, between her legs driving with coffee......

But in all honesty, people want a ps3 bad enough to not think it through and get themselves ripped off.

Still though, you'd have to have a rock for a brain to fall for that lol. If anyone actually falls for this, they DESERVE to be ripped off

of the three games, Endwar is the one that's going to be left on the back burner.

I have nothing against Endwar. But to come out with BOTH Resistance 2 and Gears of War 2 is...well...

Anyway, if they have the balls to do that, they must think they have something special going with Endwar

I remember the Burger King one as well. But some people did to the same thing to McDonalds.

And as for that second one you're taling about with the Hot Coffee. It was her own dang fault. She shouldn't have been driving with a cup of hot coffee between her legs in the first place. And secondly, she said it was "too hot". What the hell? Coffee is meant to be hot. And what REALLY cheesed me off is that she got millions

I really hate the things people get away ...

God of war as a franchise has been out for years now. And this person with a "complaint" is JUST now pressing a "copyright" infringement lawsuit?

Unless this person is saying he himself invented Greek mythology, I doubt there is any copyright being compromised here.

I hate the fact that people can sue for almost ANYTHING. But then again, we live in a society where fat people sued Mcdonalds for "making" them fat and won. So I guess I sho...

So that's to be expected. The real issue is does it have stay power after 1 or two weeks

This game is far from boring and mundane.

And while the rpgs in japan will sell well, they would have sold MUCH better on the ps3. Which is why xbox rpgs only sell good for a week or two. And so far square's rpgs haven't shown much. Infinite Undiscovery only sold about 70,000. For an rpg in Japan that is NOT good. And it has nothing to do with being a new IP because most of square's rpgs sold well whether they were new or not.

People in Japan are WAITING hard for WKS...

The system already cost less than the Wii. I won't say desperation just yet. But it sure as hell is getting there

6362d ago 2 agree0 disagreeView comment

That was exactly the point I was trying to make in my post above.

If they are doing this, eventually it becomes counter productive because people won't buy a system with nothing to offer. Sure you'll get your sales at first. But when their audience starts to turn their backs on them and stop buying, you can bet your ass they'll miss those closed studios

6362d ago 1 agree0 disagreeView comment

And I repeat IF

This is sort of counter productive.

I guess in the immediate future it works because the price cuts will offset the wages paid to employees of those closed studios.

But the problem with that is in the future. MS has to share a lot of games with Sony. So not having your own studios means less exclusives to yourself. Which in turn will mean much less income.

But hell, I'm no corporate dude so I can't say anything for sure. But ...

isn't this like the third format after the Blu Ray vs HD DVD battle to come forth? Coming out after the mainstream media has made it's choice is TOO late. Movie companies are not going to just jump to another format THAT quickly.

First Warner had their total HD discs which never saw the light of day
WM HVD discs are barely heard about
And now you have these Terabyte discs.

If the future is so "digital download" as everyone tries to claim, then w...

Don't do that. You'll start fan riots around here lol. It's all good though man. Ploy or not, it worked. I mean hell, I read it right? lol

Many people fail to realize that too many machines connected to 1 internet connection slows down bandwidth.

Like if you are on your ps3 and you're trying to grab something off some p2p network like bitorrent or sharaeza on a pc connected to the same broadband, then yeah, your speeds for downloading are going to slow down.

I understand that yeah most people have broadband. But even broadband connections being shared drops speed.

And if people in your neig...
